Collecting / Storing

This shipping method is intended for those who frequently order from the store and want to save on shipping costs. The item will only be shipped once "DHL Shipping" has been selected for a subsequent order. All previous orders with the "Collect/Storage" shipping method will be stored until then and then shipped together.

First and foremost, this shipping method is intended primarily for orders from Austria and Switzerland, as shipping is more expensive there and therefore it may be worthwhile to ship several orders together in some cases.

If you do not wish to place a "final" order with the shipping method "DHL Shipping" or if you accidentally selected the shipping method "Collect / Store", you can also simply contact us via the contact form and we will calculate the shipping costs separately for your collected / stored order.

DHL shipping

Shipping will be carried out using the shipping method specified during the ordering process. Unless otherwise agreed, delivery will be made to the delivery address specified by the buyer.

Non-EU countries

When shipping to non-EU countries, please observe the customs regulations. We will prepare the packages accordingly, but we do not cover any customs duties or taxes that you incur as a result of your order. You are responsible for all costs.
