What is the "Collect" shipping code?
Using the code "Collect," you can have your items stored with us indefinitely. This shipping method is designed for those who frequently order from our store and want to save on shipping costs. The item will only be shipped once "DHL Shipping" has been selected for a subsequent order. All previous orders placed with the code "Collect" will be stored until then and then shipped together.
First and foremost, this code is intended primarily for orders from Austria and Switzerland, as shipping is more expensive there and therefore it may be worthwhile to ship several orders together.
If you do not wish to place a "final" order with the shipping method "DHL Shipping" or if you accidentally selected the code "Collect", you can also simply contact us via the contact form and we will calculate the shipping costs separately for your collected / stored order.
How can I pay you?
PayPal
You can easily pay directly with your PayPal account during checkout; the money will be transferred to our account immediately.
Transfer
You can transfer the money using your bank details. Keep an eye out for discount codes in the item descriptions. We often offer a small discount for this payment option.

Of course you can also shop with us using your credit card, the money will be with us after about 1-3 days

Simply use your usual Apple or Google Pay options to pay in the shop.
Can I cancel my order?
14-day money-back guarantee
You can cancel your order within fourteen days of receiving the goods without giving any reason, and you will receive a full refund once we receive the goods back. The goods must, of course, be in "as received" condition. We do not accept returns of opened products.

After the 14-day cancellation period, we offer an additional 7 days during which you won't receive your money back immediately, but you will receive a store voucher for the amount of the canceled order. Again, we do not accept returns of opened items.
How does the right of withdrawal apply to goods that are to be collected?
For items collected, the 14-day right of withdrawal begins as soon as the item has been "shipped" by us and marked as "collected." You can check the exact date of shipment in your order profile. For us, the start of collection is equivalent to the delivery of the item. From this point on, the item becomes your property, and we act as a designated third party who is not the carrier but has taken possession of the item on your behalf until you instruct us to hand over the item to you.

How long do I have to pay if I want to pay by bank transfer?
The money must be transferred within 14 days. If the money hasn't been transferred after 14 days, the order will unfortunately have to be canceled so that other customers have a chance to purchase the product(s).
Are there cases where I have more than 14 days to transfer money?
Yes, there are, for example, if it is a pre-order product and we explicitly provide a date by which the money must be transferred at the latest.
