For a physical product, the collection of data about your name and address is paramount. If you wish to track your shipment via the shipping service provider used, it may also be necessary to collect and use your email address. The shipping service provider also receives your address data from us. Whereas with a digital product, a download option is provided, which is why sharing your data with a shipping service provider is not expedient; sharing it with a transmission platform is necessary. The extent to which the transmission platform shares your data is beyond our control. If you order a product from us that is individually personalized, for example, with a picture of you, a name, or other data, we will also collect the necessary data for this purpose and store it until the data is no longer required to fulfill the contract. Please note in this context that it will be necessary to transmit this data to us again if you wish to exercise any claims for subsequent performance.
The recipients of your data are, on the one hand, us, the data controllers. On the other hand, we use third parties to fulfill our tasks, who may also become recipients of your data to the extent necessary to fulfill the purpose. These third parties may be:

You can also request the correction or deletion of your data, provided this does not jeopardize the mandatory retention periods.
